Short + relatively hike with a huge reward! It's what this group is about.. Some things to know:1. We are meeting at Black Mountain Lodge. This is the lodge that has washrooms and is in the ski area.
2. The hike is approximately 4.5 km roundtrip and 150 meters of elevation.

3. I recommend wearing hiking shoes or trail runners. Bring poles if you have sensitive knees.
4. Please park at Lot 3B. You will need to park before the gate as it may be closed at sunset and your car will be trapped.
5. Bring a headlamp. We may be returning while the sun is setting.
6. After the hike we will stop at the Village Tap House for Happy Hour.
