Led by Chef & Registered Dietician Kristina Adams Smith, this interactive cooking demonstration guides you through a five-course menu where every bite has a splash of whiskey business.
Sit back, sip, and enjoy as we bring each dish to life in front of you, sharing techniques, ingredients, and stories along the way.

Berry Bourbon Bruschetta – Sweet, tangy, and boozy perfection on toasted bread

About the Classes: Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.
