Boundless Yoga Event

Join us for a morning of self love, self care and community with 60 minutes of an all levels, gentle yoga class and a coffee/tea social to connect with each other.
Please bring your own mat. If you do not have one, we will have a limited amount of mats to rent or buy.
If you know you need additional supports, feel free to bring in what you need. Examples: cushions, towels, blankets, blocks, a strap.
**BYOM: bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing for an indoor setting. Don't forget a water bottle.**
