About this Event
Power Hour: Boundaries, Stress Management & Self-Advocacy
In Person | Ages 18 & up
Hosted at iCode Augusta
Work, school, relationships, and expectations can pile up fast. When boundaries are unclear and stress goes unchecked, it can affect your confidence, performance, and long-term earning potential.
This in-person Power Hour helps you build practical skills to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and advocate for yourself in real-world situations. We focus on tools you can actually use, not vague advice or therapy talk.
During this session, you will:
- Learn what healthy boundaries look like at work and in daily life
- Build strategies to manage stress before it turns into burnout
- Practice speaking up for yourself clearly and professionally
- Learn how to say no without guilt or fear
- Gain tools to protect your time, energy, and focus
SkillZilla Power Hours are practical, supportive, and built for real life. You do not need everything figured out to benefit from this session.
This Power Hour can be attended as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.
