This in-person Power Hour helps you build practical skills to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and advocate for yourself in real-world situations. We focus on tools you can actually use, not vague advice or therapy talk.

During this session, you will:

• Learn what healthy boundaries look like at work and in daily life
• Build strategies to manage stress before it turns into burnout
• Practice speaking up for yourself clearly and professionally
• Learn how to say no without guilt or fear
• Gain tools to protect your time, energy, and focus
