Did you know boundaries can actually bring us closer? It’s counter-intuitive isn’t it?
Without boundaries tools and awareness, we end up saying “yes” to things that are okay at first, then things change and we end up enduring experiences that feel icky or hurtful.
Enough of that!
With practical boundaries tools and awareness, we can live life from a safer, more empowered and self-connected place. We’re able to create a variety of intimate, respectful and spicy experiences that are “Heck Yes!” to both people.
DO YOU:
1) Struggle to let go or receive?
2) Have a hard time accessing your desires?
3) Find yourself resentful having consistently put others' needs first?
ARE YOU:
1) Unclear about what your boundaries are, or unsure what’s reasonable?
2) Ashamed to ask for what you reaallly want?
3) Ready to feel more clear and confident with boundaries while dating or in your intimate partnership?
JOIN US for a powerful, 3-hour experiential workshop (our boundaries playground) designed to help you practice boundaries so that you can:
- Create even more pleasurable, passionate and polarized (hawwwt) conscious relationships
- Have even more fun creating consensual touch experiences while dating or as a couple.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- Practical tools to speak up and voice your needs and desires with sensitivity, and without guilt.
- Potent insights to help you navigate challenging boundaries conversations with more ease.
- How to create containers for physical and nonphysical intimacy using The Wheel of Consent, so that you can get more of what you want with whoever you’re playing with!
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Singles & Couples welcome
- Research shows that we learn best by playing games. Games give us an opportunity to experiment, explore and discover our default patterns and try on new ones. This is an experiential workshop where we play games designed to turn concepts into embodied practices that support learning and relational development.
- Boundaries work is a somatic practice that begins with self-connection. You’ll be invited to attune to your body while engaging in a variety of light consensual touch games that allow you to cultivate awareness and calibrate your boundaries.
- All games are fully clothed. This is a boundaries playground and our aim is learning through play and fun! We find we have the most fun when we’re curious and check our assumptions.
- Every game is an invitation, never required. You may choose to witness as a form of participation.
- After each game, we debrief as a group to integrate insights about what you’re learning.
- People who come to these events tend to be highly curious, empathic, willing to be vulnerable and humble in their learning process. We grow together through our shared desire to be more authentic and empowered in all of our relationships.

BRIAN TOHANA
This is my life’s work and my highest excitement rolled into a 3hr workshop; a potent, tip of the iceberg, deep dive into boundaries, consent, human connection and conscious relationships. I’ve been a coach for relationships since 2016 and currently work with individuals and couples on complex trauma, codependency, communication, conflict, intimacy and more. I’m currently completing a masters to become a registered psychologist and own Caring for Couples Counselling Center, one of the top reviewed couples counselling centers in Toronto.
Through writing the book Confident Boundaries: Free Yourself from People-Pleasing, Guilt & Codependency to Create Interdependent Relationships (available on Amazon), I gained profound insight into how incredibly important boundaries are for our personal and relational development. The dance of relationship is regulated by boundaries. They are how we regulate opposing needs for space vs closeness, autonomy vs union, individuality vs connection. As a Highly Sensitive Person with strong people-pleasing tendencies, I’ve really struggled with boundaries! I learned the hard way (as most of us do) that weak or non-existent boundaries (self-betrayal) led me to endure experiences I didn’t want and resulted in me feeling resentful.
In my experience, people-pleasing & fawning tendencies (though thought of as being kind) got me into a lot hurtful and destructive situations with people that I cared a lot about.
It’s an honour to share the tools and awareness that have helped me on this journey of discovering the immense connection, pleasure, inner-safety and intimacy that exists on the other side of exercising my boundaries.
As an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Certification Trainer, I love working with people on a somatic level to help dissolve fear-based patterns stored in the body that get in the way of them living their best life and expressing the fullness of their most alive & authentic selves!
