Boundaries & Burnout: Protecting Your Peace as a Leader, Parent, and Professional is a pop-up workshop designed for women who carry responsibility across leadership, caregiving, and professional roles—and are feeling the strain of always being available, capable, and strong. This is a conversation-centered experience focused on sustainable boundaries, nervous-system regulation, and protecting peace without disengaging from purpose.This experience is not a lecture or productivity seminar. It is a restorative, conversation-based gathering created for women navigating burnout, blurred boundaries, and constant responsibility. Rather than asking participants to do more, this workshop invites them to slow down and examine what it means to protect their peace while continuing to lead, parent, and serve well.
Participants will:
✅ examine the personal cost of chronic over-extension
✅ explore nervous-system-aware approaches to boundaries and leadership
✅ reflect on capacity, sustainability, and self-trust
✅ engage in guided discussion with other women carrying similar roles
This pop-up workshop is intentionally small to protect the depth and safety of the space.
