“Bouncing Babies” at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be held on Wednesdays, February 4 and 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Bouncing Babies features interactive rhymes, songs, stories, and lapsit fun for babies and caregivers from birth to 18 months. No registration is required.
