New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.🌞 WHAT TO EXPECT 🌞
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

WHERE: Bloubergstrand beach (opposite Jerry's burger bar)
TIME: 17:30 PM - 18:30 PM (Please arrive from 17:00 pm to receive your headsets )

By purchasing your ticket to one of our Secret Sunrise / Sunset sessions, you acknowledge and understand the terms of attending. Withdrawal from events 24 hours prior will be deemed non refundable.
Up until this time, refunds are accessible through the assigned ticketing platform of initial purchase, and will be deemed the responsibility of the attendee. Secret Sunrise will not be held liable for refunds not redeemed. In the case of postponement, the above refund policies apply. In the case of cancellation of a session, attendees will be refunded.
