Boulder Park Yoga with Maria - Pay what you can

Sunset Park Yoga by Maria Rojas is an all levels class to help make Yoga in Boulder more mindful and accessible. Watch the sun start to set, connect with nature, and meet new friends along the way. All are welcome. (suggested donation amount is $10)

April is stress awareness month, and we will celebrate and learn ways to keep stress away through yoga. We'll be hosting pay-what-you-can yoga in the park for anyone local to Boulder, interested in attending a relaxing evening to let go of any stress built up through the day. My goal is to make this accessible to anyone who wants to do yoga in the park with a fun crowd.

When: Tuesdays at 6:00PM

Where: Martin Park by the baseball field

There is some parking on the street, but also parking in front of the actual park. Sign up to get detailed parking tips, directions, & instructions :)

What to Bring: Bring a mat and/or large towel! (blankets, blocks, straps optional) I also recommend some bug spray or repellant & sun screen

Notes: Just show up :) no need to sign in once you arrive! The suggested donation amount is $10/per person, and all are very welcome to help keep these events alive! (but all are pay what you can so please don't feel obligated to pay more than what you can)

About the Teacher:

Maria is a hatha/vinyasa-based yoga instructor in Colorado. She has been teaching for over 4 years various styles including Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga. She is well-liked and respected by her students from all around the world. She is currently in Boulder teaching at park yoga, and special public and private events in the Boulder & Fort Collins area to create and build community. She also teaches weekly online classes.

She began teaching Park yoga in April of 2022 as a way to connect with nature and the beauty of the mountains in Boulder, and to build community & meet new friends!
