Boulder Creek Festival Community Stage (May 27)

Boulder Creek Festival is partnering with Roots Music Project to feature local, emerging artists at the Boulder Creek Festival Community stage. Local bands and artists will be performing new songs in a celebration of cultural diversity and emerging talent.

The songwriter showcase on Monday, May 27th features talented local artists for an uplifting, inspirational and family-friendly series of performances.

Join us at the Bouder Creek Fest Community Stage as we celebrate the incredible talents of our students from the intensive 6-week Songwriting Workshop.

Over the past month and a half, these dedicated artists have undergone an immersive training program, honing their craft under the guidance of Jesse Ogle and his team. From exploring intricate harmonies to mastering the art of crafting infectious melodies, they've delved deep into the nuances of songwriting.

Now, it's time for our students to showcase their hard work and newly acquired skills. Prepare to be captivated as they take the stage and deliver performances that will leave you in awe.

Musicians with moderate experience are invited to sit in and play in the genre of Jazz/Funk/Soul. They are encouraged to lead songs or have a basic understanding of the genres. There will be a backline bass amp, guitar amp, piano, and drum set along with microphones for vocalist and horn players.
