About this Event
Program Details: Boulder Conversations with Extraordinary People is back! Join us for our 12th season of our well-loved speaker series. This series highlights the innovative people whose connection with our city makes Boulder the remarkable community that it is today. This season's theme is diversity and partnership, and we have chosen to collaborate with eight diverse Boulder organizations that have all made immense contributions to the living history of our community. We asked that they nominate someone extraordinary; on their team, a graduate from their program, former employee, etc that will be that evening's special speaker.
The format of the conversations:
- Running every month September-April 2024-2025
- Every second Thursday of the month from 6-8pm at the Museum of Boulder at Tebo Center, 2205 Broadway.
- Each speaker will tell their personal story, their life journey and their work for about 60mins followed by 30mins of Q&A.
- The speaker will decide how they would like to tell their story, that can include an interviewer, a powerpoint, slideshow etc.
