**Terms & Conditions**
18+ Event: This event is for guests aged 18 and over.
Arrival & Brunch Times:
- Arrival: 12pm / 3pm
- 90-minute brunch: 12:30pm - 2pm / 3:30pm - 5pm
Bottomless Drinks:
- £20 per person for bottomless bubbles / rum punch (add during order)
- Drinks served for 90 minutes at each sitting
- Non-alcoholic fruit punch will be provided as an alternative
Event Schedule:
- Event runs from 12pm - 6pm
Two sittings:
- First sitting: Arrival at 1pm for 1:30pm start
- Second sitting: Arrival at 3pm for 3:30pm start
Arrival Guidelines:
- First sitting guests must arrive and be seated by 1:25pm
- Second sitting guests are welcome to arrive from 3pm
- Please arrive on time. Latecomers will be served within the remaining time, but food and drinks are only available during specified hours. The last serving is 30 minutes before the end of each sitting. Late arrivals will receive a complimentary meal, but it will not be bottomless.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Menu subject to change without prior notice.
- Group Ticket Purchase: Please purchase group tickets in one transaction/under the same name, as seating is allocated in advance based on ticket purchases.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable. Pre-booking is necessary to attend. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be given. London African Food Week is not responsible for any loss of money (including travel costs) due to event cancellation.
- Media Notice: This event will be photographed and filmed for social media.
