Nestled in the rustic charm of Old Hay Barn Birtle, this special afternoon is designed to help you pause in the festive rush, reconnect with yourself and share mindful moments with like minded souls. All whilst enjoying movement, being outside and finishing with a cosy cup of alcohol free mulled wine & mince pies (you don't need alcohol to enjoy your festive season!)

What to Expect ✨

Festive Yoga Flow 🧘‍♀️

A gentle, heart-opening yoga session suitable for all levels. Expect grounding movement, deep stretches and relaxation.

Forest Bathing 🌲

Guided by Heather, immerse yourself in the restorative practice of slowing down and connecting with the woodland around us.

Cosy Barn Social 🍷🥧

We'll finish the retreat gathered in the warmth of the barn with a mug of alcohol-free mulled wine and festive mince pies – the perfect way to round off a nourishing afternoon.

💷 Tickets: £30 per person (includes all activities, AF mulled wine & mince pies)

What to Bring

Comfortable, layered clothing and suitable shoes (we'll be outdoors for forest bathing)

Yoga mat (a few spares available – let us know if you need one)

A blanket or cosy socks for relaxation in the barn
