Join us for this opportunity to relax, unplug and connect...with yourself, with Nature and with others in our community. This gentle, 2.5 hour Forest Bathing walk will offer participants an opportunity to awaken their senses and engage more deeply with Nature and themselves.Jess Boyd, an ANFT-certified guide, will offer participants invitations to use different senses--touch, smell, hearing taste and sight--in a variety of ways, and with a balance of partner activities, solo time and group sharing. All are welcome.
Participants are asked to donate on a sliding scale, $10-25 per person.
10% of proceeds will be donated to Ekvn-Yefolecv, an ecovillage community of Maskoke persons in Alabama.
