BOTANICAL COLLAGE CLASSSATURDAY, JULY 20, 2024
AT EMERALD DESIGN WITH JEANNIE WORLEY
In this 90 minute class, you will learn how to create your own 8x10 sized analog collage using dried botanical materials and other papers and imagery(all provided).No artisticability required, just an open mind and a desire to express yourself and have fun. Jeannie will guide you through conceptualizing and composing your own piece of art to take home with you. Sign up witha friend and enjoy a casual “crafternoon” at the beautiful Emerald Design studio.This class is for adults, 18 and older.
Jeannie Worley is an analog collage artist from Evansville, IN. She creates with discarded materials: old books, magazines, junk mail, food packaging, etc. Sustainability, recycling and repurposing are the backbone of her artistic practice. Her work has been exhibited locally and published in print. She recently participated in an intensive collage art residency in Scotland in April of 2024. “I enjoy the limitless freedom of collage. There are no rules. It’s whatever I want it to be. I learn something new about myself with every piece—it’s incredibly therapeutic."

Emerald Design is located in downtown Evansville at 427 Main Street. Parking is available on the street or in the Locust Street Garage located directly behind the building.
