Botanical Breath and Sound Bath Workshop With Blue Lotus Ceremony

This workshop combines a Blue Lotus tea ceremony, breathwork journey sound healing to support nervous system regulation, energy clearing, and intentional new beginnings.

We’ll open with a meditative tea circle to connect with Blue Lotus, a gentle plant ally known for its calming, euphoric, and intuitive qualities. Following the tea circle & intention setting, we move into a breathwork journey designed to clear stagnant energy and reconnect you with your inner guidance. We end with a sacred sound healing from Kathy, to help us ground and integrate the practice.

A gentle, heart-led space to reconnect with yourself, your breath, and the wisdom of plant spirit medicine.

Meet the Facilitators

Allison is a RYT 200, Clinical Herbalist, and Breathwork Facilitator devoted to helping people return home to their heart space through breath, movement, and the wisdom of the plants. Drawing inspiration from the elements, medicinal plants and fungi, and the natural world around her, she creates grounded spaces where people can show up exactly as they are. Her work bridges somatic practices with plant-based healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and embodied presence. She deeply believes in the transformative power of breathwork, herbal healing and yoga as pathways that remind us that we are part of the living, breathing mycelial network of life.

Kathy Brook-Wong is an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healer, and Community Weaver who creates sacred, heart-centered spaces for healing and connection. Trained in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Tibetan Usui Reiki, and Kundalini Reiki as well as Integrative Energy Therapy, she weaves Reiki with the therapeutic power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and her Native American flute to bring deep relaxation, balance, and emotional renewal.

Her passion is bringing people together in community to feel safe, seen, and supported, while guiding them toward greater peace, empowerment, and joy through sound and energy healing.
