Hello Everyone!Boston Zouk Praticas are designed to be an inclusive space for anyone looking to practice and deepen their understanding of Brazilian Zouk. There will be a guided warm up followed by open practice/dance time.
🔍Pratica Details:
The first 30 minutes will be a guided warm up with stretching, zouk movement exercises, and footwork
Following that, there will be 1.5 hours of open practice/dancing
📍Pratica Location:
SomArt at the Armory, 3rd Floor
191 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA
(please bring clean shoes or socks for dancing)
