This one-day event features five dynamic sessions—Twerk 101 foundations, Afro-Soca-Dancehall vibes, waistline & booty isolation drills, follow-along cardio twerk, and Twerkasana™ somatic twerk therapy—designed to help you sweat, release, and reconnect to your body in a powerful, supportive space.
