You may not mind higher prices, but North Carolinians sure do — so we’re staging our own T.E.A. Party to remind you who really pays the bill!! Tariffs Exploit Americans!Fellow citizens, join us in downtown Greensboro as we channel the spirit of 1773 to protest tariffs that are driving up everyday costs. Like the original Tea Party, we’re saying no to hidden taxes on our groceries, cars, medicine and much more. All participants will create an “invoice” to represent their estimated tariffs. Sponsors of the T.E.A. Party, the Accountability Coalition of the Triad, will hand deliver the “invoices” to Senator Tillis’ office.
Everyone, come down, issue your invoice to Sen.Tillis, and throw some tea overboard from our “ship”! Bring a friend, raise your voice, and help us send a clear message: Dump the tariffs — not North Carolina families!
