
About this Event
Each week we'll switch between a joyful, energizing Vinyasa flow style class and a more grounding practice with longer stretches and holds to open up the major muscle groups and release tension. Together, we will cultivate strength, balance and flexibility in the mind and body. We'll end all of our classes with some restorative poses which will help create a sense of peace and connection within ourselves. I hope to see you at the park!
