Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series offers Bostonians and visitors FREE in-person workout classes. Open to all fitness levels.
About this Event

Barre Fusion is a custom curated class designed to build functional total body strength, balance, stamina and muscle control. This dynamic workout blends the grace of ballet with the burn of strength training for unparalleled results that enhance posture, flexibility, and muscle tone, leaving you stronger.

*Attendees are encouraged to bring a Mat, Water, and optional 1lb weights
