Join us on Sunday May 1st 2022 at 10:30 AM for the BOSTON FIT CRAWL presented by BronCore Fitness. We have put together the TOP THREE gyms in Boston as voted by readers on Boston.com to give you a taste of 3 totally different workouts in 3 totally different fitness facilities!
Each workout will be 30 minutes long followed by a 10 minute “CRAWL” to the next studio.
What gyms are included and what to expect!?
1) BRONCORE FITNESS (42 Court St, Boston MA 02108)- get shredded with our “goal based” High intensity workouts using 50% weights and 50% BCF’s signature Ski Ergs for cardio conditioning.
2) MYSTRYDE (226 causeway St, Boston, MA 02114) - Mystryde's signature Power Stryde: this class includes 50% strength training, 50% intervals on the treadmill. Alternate between treadmill intervals, and strength training.
3) FORMAT (located 420 Commercial St, Boston, MA, 02109) - Signature HIITBarre class: expect alternating intervals of plyometric cardio and low impact high intensity barre strengthening exercises for a total body strength + cardio workout.
How it works!
3 - 30 minute classes, with a "Crawl" in between studios.
- 10:30 am- 11:00 am First class at your "Start" studio ( Your ticket tells you where you have chosen to start )
- 11:00 am - 11:20 am pack-up and CRAWL to the next studio
- 11:20 am- 11:50 am second class at each studio
- 11:50 am-12:10 pm pack up and CRAWL to the last studio
- 12:10 pm -12:40 third class at each studio
- 12:40-1:00pm stretch out, cool down and hangout for a bit with your fellow workout group. Plus enjoy some light refreshments provided by your finishing studio!
ANNNNND!! Included with each ticket is 1 complimentary class to all three studios to be used between 5/2/22 through 5/31/22. That's a $75 value for FREE!
