MEDIA RELEASE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Consent Details:

You [the attendee] understand and agree that the Company may use the video footage and photographs in various marketing materials, including but not limited to, websites, social media platforms, print materials, advertisements, and promotional videos.

You [the attendee] grant the Company the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use the video footage and photographs without any obligation to compensate me for such use.

You [the attendee] waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or materials that may be used in connection with the video footage and photographs or the use to which they may be applied.

You [the attendee] release and discharge the Company, its representatives, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the video footage and photographs, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

You [the attendee] acknowledge that you are of legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this consent form.

Duration and Revocation:

You [the attendee] understand that this consent shall remain valid indefinitely, unless you revoke it in writing. You [the attendee] understand that you may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the Company. However, revocation of consent will not affect any uses of the video footage and photographs made prior to the revocation.
