Relax, release and rejuvenate as the healing sounds of Himalayan bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you throughout this gentle, profoundly relaxing, sound meditation.No experience is necessary. Simply bring water, a yoga mat to lie down on, a couple of blankets, a pillow, eye mask, bolster for under your knees is also recommended and in the winter an extra pair of socks. Anything you need to feel comfortable lying down for an hour or so.
You are also welcome to sit if you prefer. Reclining chairs are a great alternative to lying down, if you have one.
Afterwards we'll share a little dark vegan chocolate for grounding.
