Borough Ball is a late-night mixed ballroom social for collegiate and post-collegiate dancers, hosted by the Five Borough Ballroom post-collegiate community of NYC.We prioritize a safe, consensual environment for dancers and require agreement to community guidelines at the door for entry.
Location: Danznik Studios, 240 W 37th St 2nd Floor
8:30pm: Check-in opens
9pm-1am: Social dancing
Short break at 11pm for announcements and birthday dance!
Admission:
$25 General entry if purchased before the day of the social (Danznik members get 20% off)
$15 College student if purchased before the day of the social (with valid student ID that clearly shows you are currently enrolled)
❗️REMEMBER ticket prices will increase by $5 on the day of the social❗️
Advance tickets here: https://www.danznik.com/schedule/nyc/ or by venmoing @nikolai-shpakov-1 before the day of the social and include “Borough Ball [date of social] [your name]” in the payment note (if you do this, you will need to send a screenshot to Wendy verifying that you sent payment before the day of the social)

‼️ We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online to reduce waiting and check-in times‼️
❗️In order to receive the student discount, you will now need to submit "pre-verification" by emailing [email protected] with proof of current enrollment - either a student ID with a valid expiration date, or a copy of your schedule for the current semester that shows your name, or something else that will show you are currently enrolled. You only need to do this once per expiration date, so if you use a schedule, you'll need to provide that schedule to us each semester, but if you have a student ID with valid expiration date, you only need to send us the information once until the ID expires. This process will help us reduce check-in times at the door and get you dancing more quickly!❗️
