About this Event
BORN TO DANCE is the comedic journey of Christina DiBiase’s dance career. Born with Spina Bifida and requiring surgery as a newborn, it led to her becoming a national competitor at only 6 years old. Even with switching her career multiple times, dance still revolves around her life no matter what she does. Performing her old competition routines, and dances she’s learned since, Christina provides a fun comedic twist to her passion for dancing.
Christina DiBiase is a stand up comedian and actor in LA who has always felt at home on stage performing. She created this solo show out of love for her childhood career and how it’s impacted her entire life. After years of regret and being mad at herself for quitting dance, she’s finally found healing for the journey she ended up on.
Christina DiBiase received her BFA in Acting from The Academy of Art University in 2015. She booked the lead in Spike Heels in 2014. After moving to LA she booked roles on CW’s All American, Lifetime’s Revenge For My Mother. She’s performed stand up in established venues like The Hollywood Improv on the main stage, Cobbs Comedy Club in San Francisco, The Arlington Drafthouse and Room 808 in DC, and Secret Society in Cleveland, OH.
Debuting at The Broadwater Theater LA Main Stage on October 18th, at 7:30pm, she’s ecstatic to perform and dance on stage again! Get your tickets now before they sell out!
