Borealis Listening Club is back!After a long break, we are thrilled to kick off the new year with a Borealis Listening Club session.
This time, we welcome a very special guest: Borealis Artist in Residence, Jaleh Negari!
Jaleh will be presenting two of her works during Borealis 2026: the concert Earthly Bonds at Bergen Kjøtt, and
the exhibition

Both works explore the same inquiry: how do you tell a deeply personal story about discovering your own identity—especially when it is shaped through multilayered exchanges of meanings, forms, and memories?
During this BLC session, we will meet Jaleh, hear about her creative process, and learn what inspires her work. This time we will meet at Lydgalleriet and the session will be hosted by Peter Meanwell, former Borealis Artistic Director and current director of Lydgalleriet!
