About this Event
What are the differences between the Right Bank and the Left Bank? How have Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc from this region become a global winemaking benchmark? Why are many Bordeaux wines so darn expensive, and what the heck are "wine futures"? How do I find good wines from here at a decent price? The answers to all these questions and many more will be revealed at our Bordeaux Master Class! Join us to taste through some glorious (yet affordable) examples of red, white, sweet, AND sparkling wines from this famous region that has driven wine styles around the world for centuries.
The class will be led by Afton Kortz, Barnard Griffin's Wine Club Manager, who is a French Wine Scholar and holds a Level 3 certification in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
