What makes a boozy bar? Artisan chocolate makers the world over are adding playful, alcohol-inspired flavours to their bars in distinctly innovative ways. Think whiskey barrel fermented cocoa, Dominican rum infused dark chocolate, or mezcal-soaked nibs.
Join us for an evening of interactive and delicious chocolate tasting fun as we explore these inventive techniques and flavours during the most festive time of year! Our tasting includes six different chocolates from around the globe, all using different techniques for incorporating traditional alcoholic beverages with world-class cocoa.
Our venue is Soe Café on Westminster Street, a cozy and welcoming space for all. Soe's wine and coffee bar will be open throughout the evening.
The evening will run approximately two hours, and will be casual, relaxed and social throughout.
