For December only we are meeting the 3rd Thursday.This book club is for anyone who loves to read and might be open to discussing controversial topics. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7pm. The Book of the Month might not currently be banned in Florida, but it is on a list of banned books.
The club's purpose is to discuss books that might be considered controversial and have an open dialogue about the book and what might have led to those decisions.
We encourage you to check the book out of your local library but also The Book Rescuers in Largo has a banned book section. Back in the Day Books might have these books on their shelves as well.
