BootyCamp is a fun and dynamic program designed specifically for women to sculpt, strengthen, and energize their bodies. Each class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, BOSU, and weights for a different workout every day, keeping things fresh and challenging. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, and welcoming pre- and post-partum participants.Personalized Approach: Modifications and alternatives are offered to ensure everyone can safely participate and get the most out of their workout.
