Have you ever considered learning to play roller derby? Now’s your chance to be your own hero– no skating experience required!Our 6-week Booty Camp training session will teach you all the basics of form and execution when you’re skating, stopping or even falling.
Whether you’re planning on playing roller derby, reffing or just want to improve your skating skills, our Booty Camp offers a safe, structured and fun environment for learning.

August 27, 2025 7:00-10:00pm
September 7, 2025 4:15-7:15pm

September 17, 2025 7:00-10:00pm

Cost:
Booty Camp – $80
If you do not have your own skates you can rent from the Lynden Skateway for $3 per session.
Required Gear:
For the first day of booty camp: Skates, helmet, and knee pads required
For the second day on: All gear (skates, helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads, and mouth guard required)
If you don’t have your own safety gear, we will have a limited selection for folks to borrow, but we recommend heading over to Unknown Boardshop downtown and grabbing your own.
