Join us at Castle Eden Dene National Nature Reserve every Wednesday for our Boots, Brews and Banter Walking Group in partnership with local mental health charity Spare 10 for Ben 🥾☕️🗣Meeting at Castle Eden Dene National Nature Reserve, Natural England carpark from 9.45am for a 10am start, we head out into the Dene for a 60 to 90 minute wellbeing walk in our glorious Castle Eden Dene 🌳🦊🌲

This is a brilliant opportunity to connect with nature and socialise with a fantastic bunch of like-minded individuals. 🌲🌳
But if walking is not for you you can meet us back at Oakerside Tea Rooms for 11:30 for a catch up and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee! ☕
