Boots and Bourbon Nashville Songwriter Festival "Blame It All On My Roots"

Songwriter Showcases have been most commonly known in the Nashville music scene as a way for musicians to pitch their songs to recording artists or to exhibit thier performing ability to record labels. Now, these events are becoming popular worldwide! We're pleased to have been one of the first to bring this concept to central Kentucky. Paring with the bourbon industry just made sense, since we arae right in the heart of it!

These songwriters do more than just perform the songs they have penned, they share with the audience, in an intimate setting, the stories behind the songs. It's the event people from all across the country have come to know and love! Kentucky Bourbon tasting, local eats and friendly fellowship colliding with a night of music & storytelling that is uniquely Nashville.... what more could you ask for!

For our 2025 event, we'll experience a new venue in Downtown Lawrenceburg and look to welcome back our favorite Kentucky Songwriter, Lee Thomas Miller, who is our annual staple to this event. This year, Lee is bringing with him Barry Dean and Brice Long, another Kentucky hit songwriter. These men have more number one hits, Grammy and other award nominations than should be allowed in one room! Bourbon tastings will start earlier with more Distillery representatives than the past years as well as other spirits for those wanting something other than bourbon for thier pallet. Don't miss this great event in Lawrenceburg, visit our local distilleries, hit the track at Keeneland and make a weekend visit to Kentucky this fall. You just mind agree that fall in Kentucky is the best time of the year!
