ALL CLASSES ARE BRING YOUR OWN MAT and will be held on the rooftop of the Pickle Palace. (take the elevator to the 3rd floor)All other equipment will be provided. Just bring yourself, a friend and get ready for bootcamp fitness and a great time.

Class Description:
It's an approachable and welcoming group fitness class led by Riley Coady a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Every class you will find your potential with exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. The professional sound system takes the vibe to the next level, and music will drive your energy the entire time.
Working through 10 stations (2:00 each) this allows you to work at your own pace and choose the level of exercise that’s appropriate for you. Riley provides several intensity options at each station and is there to help guide you for your safest, best work out!
Bootcamp is an interval training workout, with bursts of intense activity and lighter activity for rest. You will always get a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
