About this Event
Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.
This 5 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.
The course will start January 6th and run through March 28th, Monday-Friday. Class is from 7:15 am to 8:15 am and will meet in the pool deck area at the main campus, or as decided upon by the instructor.

Monday – Full Body Fitness & Weight Room Mix
Tuesday – HIIT Class
Wednesday – Cardio & Weight Room Mix
Thursday – Spin or Circuit Training
Friday – Pilates Mix
