About this Event

Our class is designed for those looking to take care of themselves through moderate exercise.This 5 days/week in-person course is designed for students who want a dynamic program in which the training uses functional fitness activities to develop core strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength and power.The course will start September 22nd and run through December 12th, Monday-Friday. Class is from 6 am to 7 am and and will meet at the small gym, room 2501, on the main campus, or at a location decided upon by the instructor.
