Power Pack and Urban Roots are teaming up again! Join us for an amazing 50 minute high intensity workout. Spots are limited for the workout but not for lunch! Everyone is welcome after the workout to come eat from 11 to 12:00 PM.
Tickets are 30 dollars which gets you
- access to the workout AND
- 15$ CREDIT towards lunch purchase! You will recieve a 15 dollar token before workout for lunch after!
What to bring
- Come dressed and ready to workout
- ID Card
- Water bottle
- Sweat towel and anything else you personally need (Medic*tion,inhaler, etc.)
