** Please also bring a glute band and 3-5lb weights if you have those! You will be able to do this bootcamp without the glute band and weights if you choose!

1pm: Check in with The Beauty Boost
1:15pm-2pm: HIIT Bootcamp with TFIT Studio
2pm-3pm: Socialize + enjoy experience stations + shopping
