We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for Boot Camp Challenge (BCC) 5K Run – Beyond the Obstacles! Open to the public and free for all spectators, this year we’ve added some new family-fun activities and attractions which include K-9 demonstrations, camouflage face paint, and static displays just to name a few.

Runners will experience:
- Three-mile obstacle run designed for all fitness levels
- Over 60 Drill Instructors motivating you along the course
- Post-race party
The Boot Camp Challenge is a 3-mile race featuring over 60 Marine Corps Drill Instructors encouraging and motivating runners along the course. Engage in many of the same obstacles faced by the young men and women in their quest to become a U.S. Marine.
Accept this invitation from MCRD San Diego to be a Marine for the day (a truly unique opportunity), using a fun race format. The course is designed for all fitness levels, no penalty for missed obstacles.
