We all know the market for staff is tight. Really Tight. But what are we doing to retain and engage the amazing talent we have?
Join us as we host a panel of some of Canada’s top employee-focused companies as they share their creative ideas for enhancing the employee experience.
Moderated by Sandra Sears, President (Staffworks Ltd.), this event will be a forum for some experienced HR professionals to toot their own horns about some of the great ideas and strategies they’ve implemented in their efforts to level up their employees’ time at work. We’ll open the floor to questions and discussion so that by the session's end we’ll all take away ideas to try at our own organizations.
We invite you to be part of a group of like-minded professionals that shares camaraderie, new ideas and best practices.

- Purchase a ticket when you register. You can buy a $10 or $20 ticket at check out. All ticket proceeds (less Eventbrite fees) will be donated to Dress for Success Toronto.
- Donate a piece of gently worn, ready-to use work attire when you attend our panel in person on June 28th.
Clothing Donation Guidelines:
When choosing items to donate, please consider the following:
- All items are 'ready to wear': We kindly ask that your donations are clean and ready for clients to use immediately, free from rips, stains, pet hairs, or damages, including broken buttons/zippers.
- Items are classic or modern in style: Priority items needed by Dress for Success clients include purses/professional handbags, footwear (preferably flats),
outerwear jackets (i.e. rain coats etc.),
dresses (all sizes)
, tops/blouses (all sizes), suit-sets/blazers. - Items are business professional: Please only include items that can be worn to an office or business professional environment. No overly casual or fancy attire.
