This fundraiser class will support The Movement Charity, with 100% of proceeds going towards their mission of restoring every woman’s right to exercise.
About The Movement Charity:
Exercise is a fundamental human right with countless benefits, but for women facing multiple disadvantages, barriers like safety concerns, financial struggles, low confidence, and the lasting effects of trauma can make it feel out of reach. The Movement Charity is dedicated to breaking down these barriers so that every woman can reclaim her right to exercise.
The charity helps by offering:
✅ Free access to safe, supportive exercise spaces
✅ Suitable workout clothing, footwear, and equipment
✅ Trauma-informed exercise provision
BOOSTfit proudly partners with The Movement Charity to ensure our classes are trauma-informed - creating a safe, judgment-free, and pressure-free space for all!

💜 £100 = A full workout outfit & footwear 👕
💜 £300 = Trauma-informed training for 10 new volunteer instructors
💜 £700 = Funding a weekly exercise class for an entire year!
