2. Event Description
Join the Bay Port Booster Club for our monthly meeting! As we transition from fall sports, we need your support, energy, and great ideas to make the winter season and all upcoming events a success.
All parents, guardians, alumni, and community members interested in supporting Bay Port Athletics are welcome!
Key Discussion Points:
• Upcoming Games & Events: We will finalize plans for supporting our Winter Sports programs (Basketball, Hockey, Wrestling, Swim, etc.). This includes organizing concessions, staffing Spirit Wear sales, and planning any special game-day themes.
• Ideas for Improvement: We want your input! Come prepared to share any new ideas for fundraising, spirit initiatives, or ways to improve our current processes to better serve our athletes and club members.
• Budget & Updates: Quick reports from the Treasurer and Committee Chairs on our current standing.
• Volunteer Needs: Opportunities to sign up and get involved with our next projects.
This is a great chance to give your input and ensure the Booster Club's efforts are benefiting all of our Pirate athletes.
