About this Event
Join us for a free one-hour workshop that includes how we can practice mental fitness and build resilience, learn protective factors and coping strategies for stress and burnout.
There will be an element of how we can celebrate our multicultural differences and support each other and will also include tips on how to support someone going through a challenging time and the available support services.
