Gayle Nogas M H; was the founder and proprietor of Gayle’s Thyme Herbal Apothecary in Enfield, CT. Gayle opened her store in 1995 as a small herb shop and carried over 500 varieties of herbs, spices, and teas, essential oils, and a full line of magickal supplies.
She has been a practicing Witch for more than 50 years and it was a major part of her store.
Although (supposedly )retired, she offers classes, demonstrations, and workshops using herbs and aromatherapy to heal your mind, body, and spirit.
Through her more than 40 years as an herbalist, Gayle has taught classes in many aspects of herbalism. During that time, she received her Master Herbalist Diploma from the American College of Healthcare Sciences, Portland Oregon, and is a long-time member of the Connecticut Herb Association, Northeast Herbal Association, and National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy.
