Meet your guide, Sylvie Horvarth

Hi, I’m Sylvie. For the past 30 years, I have worked in health and wellness as a yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator and Ayurvedic practitioner. My teaching is inspired by the timeless wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Pranayama, and how to skillfully use these powerful tools to guide students toward greater health, inner peace, and self-awakening.

I have been blessed to have learned from masters of Yoga, Breathwork, and Ayurveda. Some of my most influential teachers are Dr. Vasant Lad, Yogi Amrit Desai, Kamini Desai, Yogi Bhajan, Swami Ghan Shyam, Swami Nagananda, Dr. Tom Goode, Marshall Govindan, Wim Hof, and Ramanand Patel.

My love and passion is to share these powerful self-healing and self-transformative practices with others to assist them on their life journey, which is also our journey, toward expanding light, love, and peace within ourselves and our world.
