About this Event
A creative and thoughtful yoga practice that links poses with the breath in a flowing sequence. Often begins with centering, gentle warm-up stretches, followed by sun salutations and a series of standing, balancing and seated poses. The Vinyasa practice (also known as Flow Yoga) becomes a moving meditation moving from pose to pose using your breath.
All levels are welcome to join in finding your own flow & BOOST yourself up!
