Residents wishing to hand out treats to little superheroes, princesses, ghosts and goblins should turn ON their porch lights from 6PM until 8PM on Tuesday, October 31 🎃**For safety purposes, adults should accompany children while they are walking (running) around Town**
Drivers, please keep Trick-or-Treaters in mind...
● Slow down in neighborhoods, obey traffic signs and signals, and DRIVE SLOW.
● Look for children crossing the street who may not be paying attention to traffic and who cross the street mid-block or between parked cars.
● Watch for children walking on roadways and along curbs. In dark costumes, they’ll be harder to see at night.
● Carefully enter and exit driveways and alleys.
Trick-or-Treaters, please keep cars in mind...
● Accompany your children as they walk around Town.
● Be bright – reflective tape on costumes/treat buckets is a good idea.
● Carry a flashlight or glow stick.
● If there are no sidewalks, walk on the left side of the road facing traffic.
● Look both ways and listen for traffic before crossing the street carefully
