Do you have what it takes to write, shoot and edit your own short film in just TWO DAYS? Can your team best all the rest to win fortune and glory? It's time to find out!The annual Boomtown 48 Hr. Film Race is FREE to enter, open to all, and will kick off on Friday, January 23. At 7PM the rules of the race will be read, teams will sign in and all will receive a random genre. You'll then have two days to make a short film from scratch.
The first 13 films to cross the finish line in under 48 hours will screen in Beaumont's historic Jefferson Theater during the Boomtown Film & Music Festival (February 19-22). Winners will be announced at that time, with first place receiving the coveted Gusher trophy and priceless bragging rights.
