Our Arepa Expert: Diego Castillo of Breva Kitchen
Diego is a chef from Colombia who believes in food that is whole, healthy and made from scratch.
In 2021, having returned to buffalo, Diego launched Breva Kitchen with his wife, Anna. Breva Kitchen specializes in community-forward pop ups, catering and personal chef services. We aim to nourish bodies and minds while creating meaningful moments over a shared table. And, we firmly believe that food that feels good, fuels good work.
